Recently, the Salt Lake Board of Realtors put out what the 10 most expensive zip codes were along the Wasatch Front. So I’m going to flip that for buyers to see where you can still get into a home with an average sales price under $450,000. Now, keep in mind throughout this video, these numbers are for January 1st to January 31st, 2022. And like I said, average sales price of what has closed and been reported to the MLS.

Okay. So starting off the list with number 10, we’re going to go down to the Southern part of Utah County, and that is Santaquin and their average sales price was $438,024. And that’s for the zip code 84655. Now, you’re going to see me looking at the numbers because I don’t have a photographic memory. I can’t remember all these zip codes and numbers. So bear with me.

Okay. Heading into number nine, we’re going to head a little bit north to the zip code 84606, which is in Provo. And that average sales price was $437,146 in January. Now, a surprising thing for me is the rest of these on the list are all in Salt Lake County. So for Utah County, those were the only two that made it in the top 10 list.

Okay. Number eight on the list is Midvale, Utah. And that is the zip code 84047 where in January, the average sales price ended at $422,520. Number seven on the list is also Salt Lake City. And it’s actually just west of the airport as you’ll see, 84116 where the average sales price ended up being $416,567.

Now, heading over just a little bit still in Salt Lake City is the zip code 84104. So that Salt Lake Glendale area, and the average sales price was $414,987. Number five is that Kearns Olympic Oval area, the zip code, 84118. And that came in at $409,710 for January.

Okay. Next is number four on the list and that is the zip code 84119, which covers Salt Lake City West Valley, South Salt Lake areas. And that average sales price in January was $381,904. Moving to number three on the list is Magna, and that’s the zip code 84044 where the average sales price was $373,784 in January of ’22.

Number two going back into the Salt Lake City area is the zip code 84111. And that’s like downtown down to Liberty Park areas. And the average sales price in January was $358,900. And then number one is the zip code 84123, which is Taylorsville Murray areas. And the average sales price was $352,831.
