When we purchased this house, we knew that we didn’t want to be the lipstick-on-a-pig flipper and that we needed to make it special for its new owners…whoever that was going to be. We did this flip as if we were going to live there and planned everything down to the smallest detail. With minimal space to work with you have to stay until the end to see what we did to maximize the square footage. No joke, people called us after the open house asking to do the same thing at their home!
