February 2023 Utah housing market update. How is the start of 2023 looking for the Utah housing market? Well, today I’m going to share with you how much our average home sales price is in Utah and how much it has dropped since the peak home prices, our average days on market, and a look at how the housing market is stacking up to the past. Is the Utah housing market crashing like it was in 2008?

It’s always interesting to hear what everyone is saying about the housing market and the different perspectives on the Utah housing market. But, I like to show you a historical look at the numbers so you can make an educated decision for yourself if it’s the right time for you to buy or sell a house in Utah. My business focus is on the Wasatch Front area of Salt Lake County, Utah County, and Davis County so I’ll share with you the February 2023 housing numbers for those three counties as well.
