Another perk for many people is that it’s walking distance to the largest private school in the area. At the time this article is writeen, Cranberry Hill subdivision is in the Alta High School boundaries.
Steeplechase in Draper Utah – Steeplechase is known for large, luxury homes. Situated on the East mountain benches it’s close to hiking and biking trails of Corner Canyon, the Draper suspension bridge, South Mountain golf course and the equestrian center. Steeplechase is about 10 minutes from the 15 freeway.

The world renowned paragliding park is nearby, Draper pool and new recreation center, and about 5-7 minutes to the 15 freeway.
Suncrest in Draper Utah – I have found Suncrest is a love it or hate it neighborhood. There is a lot of history with the Suncrest neighborhood so make sure you do your homework on some of the original houses in this neighborhood. Suncrest is known for being above it all – you get amazing views of Salt Lake and Utah Valley, you’re above the winter inversion, and you have access to the community pool area with your HOA fees. Being at the top of South Mountain, you have your choice of heading down the mountain into Utah County or Salt Lake County. This also means longer commute times, more snow (which I love) but make sure you’re up for the mountain drive in the winter.
