You see differing opinions of what is happening in the real estate market, are home prices going up or is the housing market crashing in Utah? Well, I am a numbers person because the numbers don’t show a person’s opinion of the housing market. Or as some people say, numbers don’t lie.
So I decided to look at what cities had the biggest home price drops around Salt Lake City from the beginning of 2022 compared to 2023. However, as you’ll see in my video not too accurate to say a city so I broke down the zip codes in Salt Lake County that had the largest drop in home prices, year-over-year, between 2022 and 2023.
