If you’re considering moving to Draper, Utah then you might be wondering what are the best neighborhoods in Draper. As a resident of Draper since 2002, I’m extremely familiar with the neighborhoods, things to do, pros and cons, and really just all things Draper.
Whether you’re looking for a single family home, townhouse, horse property, or luxury style home I’m taking you through a variety of neighborhoods in Draper. Check out my video for more details on the neighborhoods but I’m also including a list of neighborhoods in Draper and some information about each (don’t worry, it’s different than the video).
If you want larger lots and the possibility of a horse property, you’ll want to stay in the valley. Bigger lots and horse properties are generally located between 12600 South and 13800 South and 400 East to 1900 East.
If you’re thinking of moving along the Wasatch Front, I’d love to connect with you and see how I can help you accomplish your real estate goals in the area. Feel free to call, text, or send me an email anytime!

Suncrest – Located at the top of South Mountain you can keep your head in the clouds and out of the winter inversion. Access to lots of trails for hiking and biking. Suncrest is an HOA community.
Wheadon Farms – This is a newer subdivision of single family homes that are squeezed together tightly. If you’re looking for a yard, this isn’t the place.
